This policy explains what information S&H RedBrick LLC ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers our websites and storefronts, including After Hours Auto Parts, Auto Parts and Stuff, Store Seven and Upstart Auto Parts, and any marketplace storefronts we operate.

Information you give us. Name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number when you place an order or create an account.

Payment information. Card and payment details are submitted directly to our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Order information. The products you buy, order totals, and shipment tracking.

Correspondence. Messages you send us by email, contact form, or marketplace messaging.

Suppliers and distributors, who ship orders directly to you and receive the shipping details required to do so

Shipping carriers, for delivery and tracking

Payment processors, to authorize and settle payments

Marketplaces such as eBay, where the order was placed through that marketplace

Service providers supporting our website, email, and analytics

Authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Account and marketing data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
